Keith and Nancy McFarland Endowment

1. The recipient must be a graduate student in good academic standing, with demonstrated financial need.
2. Preference shall be given to students working on their doctoral dissertation or master’s thesis.
3 The general application essay questions shall be used by the committee to aid in their final decision. Students who do not fill out the general application essay questions are not eligible to receive this scholarship.
4. Scholarship awards shall be a minimum of $1,500, divided equally between the fall and spring semesters

Recipient’s name can be published as a scholarship recipient.

Failure to meet the requirements of this scholarship may cause scholarships to be revoked.

This scholarship may entitle an out of state resident to the Non-Resident Tuition Exemption as outlined by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Policy on Non-Resident Tuition Exemption for Competitive Scholarship Recipients.
