  • Entering freshman student of outstanding merit and leadership.
  • Recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 in order for the scholarship to be renewable for each of the four years or until requirements for the undergraduate degree are completed, whichever comes first.
  • Scholarship renewable upon submission of updated application, meeting of eligibility requirements, and availability of funds.
  • Minimum scholarship award amount $2,500 divided between the Fall and Spring Semesters
  • Recipient’s name can be published as a scholarship recipient.
  • Failure to meet the requirements of this scholarship may cause scholarships to be revoked.
  • This scholarship may entitle an out of state resident to the Non-Resident Tuition Exemption as outlined by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Policy on Non-Resident Tuition Exemption for Competitive Scholarship Recipients.
