The endowment shall provide funds on an annual basis to support international study by Honors and Regents Scholars pursuing a four-year degree at Texas A&M University-Commerce. A component of the international study shall be exposure to the viticulture and cuisine of the region visited to promote awareness and appreciation of these issues/interests.
The recipients shall have a minimum overall G.P.A. of 3.0.
The recipients shall also exhibit good leadership potential and community service.
The Dean of the University College that supervises the Regents’ Scholars Program, or his or her delegate, shall chair the committee selecting the recipients of this scholarship.
Recipient’s name can be published as a scholarship recipient.
Failure to meet the requirements of this scholarship may cause scholarships to be revoked.
This scholarship may entitle an out of state resident to the Non-Resident Tuition Exemption as outlined by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Policy on Non-Resident Tuition Exemption for Competitive Scholarship Recipients.
