Northeast Texas Wine & Food Society Endowment

  • The endowment shall provide funds on an annual basis to support international study by Honors and Regents Scholars pursuing a four-year degree at Texas A&M University-Commerce. A component of the international study shall be exposure to the viticulture and cuisine of the region visited to promote awareness and appreciation of these issues/interests.
  • The recipients shall have a minimum overall G.P.A. of 3.0.
  • The recipients shall also exhibit good leadership potential and community service.
  • The Dean of the University College that supervises the Regents’ Scholars Program, or his or her delegate, shall chair the committee selecting the recipients of this scholarship.
  • Recipient’s name can be published as a scholarship recipient.
  • Failure to meet the requirements of this scholarship may cause scholarships to be revoked.
  • This scholarship may entitle an out of state resident to the Non-Resident Tuition Exemption as outlined by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Policy on Non-Resident Tuition Exemption for Competitive Scholarship Recipients.
