• This scholarship is to be awarded to two incoming freshmen in the amount of $1,000 annually ($500/semester).
• One student shall be from Fannin County and one student shall be a graduate of Commerce High School.
• High school seniors applying for this scholarship must be in good academic standing and exhibit leadership abilities as determined by the university scholarship selection process.
• Recipient’s name can be published as a scholarship recipient.
• Failure to meet the requirements of this scholarships may cause scholarship to be revoked.
• This scholarship may entitle an out of state resident to the Non-Resident Tuition Exemption as outlined by the Texas A&M University-Commerce Policy on Non-Resident Tuition Exemption for Competitive Scholarship Recipients.
