Gary W. Kibler, worked in the savings and loan industry for thirty years. He was an officer and appraiser with several banking certifications. Gary loved being a father to two daughters and grandfather to five grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time on the family farm and in the mountains of Colorado. Gary passed away on October 23, 2012.

Loretta Horn Kibler attended Texas A&M University–Commerce where she obtained a B.S., M.ED and post graduate certifications. After spending 14 years in the classroom, she spent 17 years as a school administrator. Loretta retired as Superintendent of Commerce ISD in 2001. During her tenure as Superintendent CISD built a new High School; for her dedication to the district, the CISD School Board named the library in her honor. She loves being with her family and serving others, including volunteering on two foundations, her church and hospice. She was recently elected to serve on the Hunt Regional Hospital District Board of Directors.
